You will work with a committed, focused team who enjoys working together to change the lives of the people in our community by finding them new jobs.

As a Staffing Recruiter, you will utilize your personal sense of urgency to manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation in support of existing and new Healthcare, Biotech, and technology clients.

Base + Commission - Uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
• Be a forward-thinking self-starter with the ability to successfully prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a strong understanding of ATS or CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, Bullhorn, and additional recruiting tools.

Qualifications:

Have a successful track record in recruiting and client account management.

• Solid work ethic.
• Experience using Bullhorn is a plus!
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
• Proactive self-starter
• 3-5 years’ experience full cycle recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree
