The Position:

Jobandtalent is seeking a highly motivated, service oriented and detail-oriented Office Recruiter to join our growing team. As an Office Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to fill administrative and support roles within our organization. You will be an integral part of the talent acquisition team, working to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and supporting our hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities...

• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to identify the best fit for each position.
• Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to promote Jobandtalent as an employer of choice.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent for administrative and support roles within the organization.

You are...

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in [Insert language(s) as required by the job location].
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on administrative and support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
