Summary of Role

The Sr Manager, Central Programs will report to the Director of Process Improvement and will own impactful projects that drive important operational and financial outcomes, with a focus on analytics. Comfort with ambiguity is essential, as you will need to engage on a variety of projects and distill complex topics into simple, actionable insights. This role requires strong business acumen and operational intuition as well as expertise in navigating cross-functional relationships and influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

● Support the Director of Process Improvement in analyzing, scoping, prioritizing and implementing process improvement initiatives to drive cross functional business objectives

● Identify, scope and prioritize Operations analytics priorities for cross-functional operations teams

● Support operations analytics strategy including partnering with operations leadership to establish KPIs

● Develop dashboards and exception reports for decision support and performance tracking. Collaborate with data and analytics and tech teams for advanced reporting capabilities

● Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cross-functional operations teams on key metrics and analytics

● Lead cross functional programs related to driving end to end process improvement including reducing process timelines

● Support development and implementation of business process metrics to measure effectiveness & robustness of business processes

● Create SQL reporting to support root cause analysis of process gaps and improvement opportunities

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree required, Master's preferred

● 5+ years of work experience in analytics, program management/strategy consulting, process improvement, business operations, or similar analytical setting

● Highly collaborative, with experience working across operations, finance, analytics, product and technology teams

● Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills (fluent in Excel, SQL skills required)

● Experience with analytics dashboard and KPI creation

● Experience with business process mapping preferred (for example, experience with tools such as Visio, Miro)

● Ability to drive multiple pieces of work forward simultaneously

● Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior cross functional audiences

● Solar Experience preferred
