Part-Time Program Implementation Manager - Social Media U

Position Overview: Social Media U (SMU), an evidence-based digital wellness intervention developed by#HalfTheStory, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Program Implementation Manager to lead the successful execution of our transformative program. SMU equips young individuals with essential digital metacognition and emotional regulation skills, empowering them to navigate the digital landscape while advocating for their human right to digital wellness. As the Program Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of SMU, empowering the next generation’s relationship with technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SMU, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with program guidelines and organizational mission.
• Participate in program evaluation and feedback loops, integrating insights to refine program strategies and enhance impact.
• Monitor program progress, proactively identifying potential challenges or deviations and implementing effective solutions to ensure program success.
• Provide guidance and support to program facilitators, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality sessions.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive program schedule, coordinating tasks, resources, and milestones to meet established targets.
• Collaborate with SMU's interdisciplinary team to translate program goals and objectives into actionable project plans and timelines with school partners.
• Collect, analyze, and report on program data and metrics to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and inform continuous improvement efforts.
• Foster productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and collaborators, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the implementation process.
• Lead the execution of multi-faceted program components, such as workshops, digital resources, and engagement initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful experience for parents, educators, and students.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Empathetic and culturally sensitive, with a passion for promoting digital literacy and wellness among young individuals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and remotely, while maintaining a high level of accountability.
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and educational program design is a plus.
• Proficiency in using project management software and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated experience in program implementation, preferably in education.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex initiatives.

Work Schedule: This is a part-time position, with an estimated commitment of 15 Hours/Week. The schedule is flexible and can be adapted to accommodate the successful candidate's availability, with the possibility of remote work.
