What The Senior Program Manager Does:

Create data collection systems using basic Microsoft Office and related software.

Act as primary liaison between Support and Product Management to ensure new products service and support requirements are addressed

Demonstrated skills in leadership, negotiation, problem solving, conflict management, planning, and delegating.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, familiar with Salesforce, CRM and case management systems

Manage and coordinate a group of related projects having high risk and complexity to maximize benefits and control parameters

Provide project management coordination and support for technology and new process deployments

Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

● Highly collaborative, with experience working across operations, finance, analytics, product and technology teams

● Experience with analytics dashboard and KPI creation

Five to seven (5-7) years of project management experience required

Experience in public sector contract or grant management strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with detailed reporting requirements

Manage communications and program data using Salesforce (Elevate’s CRM database).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams, including Elevate’s water, finance, construction, legal, marketing, and customer service teams.

Exposure to quality improvement or project management efforts

Troubleshoot issues related to these programs and triage questions from patients and providers

Serve as a liaison between the central team and local teams; provide feedback to continuously improve processes, communication and collaboration

Proficiency at MS Excel / Google Sheets
