Job Overview
The Sr Manager Talent Development will play a key role in driving the company’s high-performance culture through cultivating exceptional talent and will responsible for developing early career and leadership development experiences that supports Talent Management strategy for CCCI. This high-impact, hands-on position will be charged with building, executing, and managing comprehensive programs, practices, and processes that foster a capability building and talent-focused mindset and drive excellence to further CCCI Business, Culture, and People Priorities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Thought leader with strong collaboration skills
- Leads the facilitation of leadership development and coaching as part of the Talent Development team.
- Communicates Talent Development programs and practices across the enterprise to influence leader and teammate engagement and provide optimal results
- Self-starter, motivated by building on ideas of others
- Measures and conducts analysis of organizational capability and performance and makes recommendations to improve engagement and developmental opportunities
- Monitors system process for performance improvements in partnership with HRIS; ensures relevant KPIs are being met, and implements strategies to address when gaps are identified
- Direct management experience and successful team leadership.
- Builds and executes talent pipeline programs and career paths across all functions of the organization
- Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching and training; implementing continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus; and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership
- Passionate about talent development, business strategy, and leadership
- Serves as a strategic business partner and consults business leaders on talent needs analysis to assess the quality and effectiveness of programs and practices
- Ability to work with teammates at all levels of the company
- Demonstrated expert-level communication and facilitation skills
- Measure effectiveness of programs through talent metrics, and communicate results to all levels of leadership

Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years direct management and leading others
- 3-5 years direct experience in Talent Management or Learning and Development
- Direct experience building and facilitating leadership programs and experiences with successful outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Facilitation/coaching certifications preferred but not required
- Bachelors preferred, not required
