Sr. Program Manager Jobs

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to join our client in the technology/SaaS sector. As a Sr. Program Manager, your main responsibility will be ensuring that blue-chip companies receive the best support for their programs. You will work closely with clients to understand their technology requirements and identify the key skills needed for the role. With your guidance, we will prepare a staffing strategy and execute it. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills will be tested, and no two days will be the same.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program and project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage change requests to ensure that project risks are identified and managed appropriately
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and deliver complex technology programs across different regions, time zones, and cultures
• Work with pre-sales, sales, and delivery teams to align solutions to clients' needs
• Manage a team of recruiters and oversee the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates
• Identify potential issues and proactively mitigate them

Requirements

• Familiarity with project management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and PMP certification
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A minimum of 10 years' experience managing technology programs, preferably in the technology and/or SaaS industry
• Experience working with SOWs and contract negotiations
• A Bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
