Early Talent Manager Jobs

Manage a host of internal and external relationships, including with Joby’s partners in South Korea and relevant government/regulatory stakeholders 

Experience in aerospace operations and/ or market development

Serve as a Joby ambassador to the South Korean market and partners

Operations focus: Analyze Joby’s existing early operations across and apply learnings to the intricacies of the South Korean environment

Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and ensure timely early operations launch

Proficiency in spoken and written Korean

Be exceptionally organized and amazing time management skills

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience maintaining a high touch and personalized process

Have 1+ year working experience in early talent recruiting or a relevant function

Plan and execute our summer internship program; including, coordinating social activities, arranging speakers, and relationship building with interns

Partner with universities and student groups to build our employer brand

Help build and evolve our early talent programs at MongoDB

Motivated individual with the ability to interact with different capacities of management

Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills

· Complete other related duties as assigned with a holistic approach for an exceptional customer experience

· Manages Campaign tracking sheet and UTM's

Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must

Lead the year-round Roblox Intern programming and overall Intern experience strategy

Demonstrated experience establishing programs in University Recruiting and have lead them end-to-end while scaling for growth

Assist in preparation of annual team budget, tracking spend, and participating in monthly reviews of budget and forecast

Develop a more formal New College Grad program and Community Intern program

Cross-functionally work with our Roblox L&D team and other internal partners

Evangelized the use of data to inform strategy, experimentation, and drive continuous improvement across the team

Direct management experience and successful team leadership.

3-5 years direct experience in Talent Management or Learning and Development

1-2 years direct management and leading others

Thought leader with strong collaboration skills

Demonstrated expert-level communication and facilitation skills

Direct experience building and facilitating leadership programs and experiences with successful outcomes

Assists more experienced staff in and provides support for developing more complex analyses.

May review results of assigned analyses with more experienced staff, assisting in the identification of unexpected results.

Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below.

1-2 years related experience required.

TD Internship experience preferred. TD Internship experience will be considered in lieu of minimum years related experience required

Basic knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies.

Ability to communicate with all levels including senior management and external parties.

Experience working in a highly collaborative team environment – strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum qualification: University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Business or Finance

Management of talent pipelines – flagging risks and recommending mitigating actions to drive pipeline health and timely filling of vacancies.

Strong written, oral and listening communication skills in English

Thrives in a fast paced, matrixed, ambiguous environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
