Job Description
Talent Management Specialist - TIAA Bank
The Talent Management Specialist designs, implements, and administers programs that make the best use of an organization's human capital and ensures maximum return from their talent. Under limited supervision, this job helps the organization ensure that skilled workers are retained, developed, and advanced through their career.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Identifies critical workforce requirements necessary to achieve current and future business results.
  • Analyzes current organizational design and company culture to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Develops and implements improved organizational effectiveness capabilities through change management, organizational design and development and training to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Manages performance measurement systems used by the organization to ensure their accuracy and relevance.
  • Drafts reports for senior leadership regarding the adoption and performance of talent management and organization capability programs to promote the achievement of business strategy and accelerate change.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong PowerPoint and Intermediate Excel skills
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Management
  • Experience as an Instructional Designer using e-learning authoring tools
  • Strong facilitation skills including certifications in multiple training and/or leadership programs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in HR
Base Pay Range: $75,150/yr. - $125,250/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
