The Leadership Development Program Manager will design, develop and manage leadership development programs that drive engagement, support the development of leadership skills at all levels of the organization and strengthen our leadership talent pipeline.
Reporting to the Director, Talent Development this strategic, hands-on and highly visible role partners closely with business leaders, HR and Talent partners to analyze business and leadership development needs and develop programmatic solutions to build and mobilize effective and inclusive leadership capabilities and behaviors that drive greater levels of engagement and performance in our 9,000 + global associates.

For this newly created role, we’re looking for an experienced leadership development professional who is a strategic and analytical thinker, business-minded and collaborative partner, innovative builder and creative problem solver. This individual will possess a global mindset, strong consultative skills and have a track-record of designing impactful leadership development solutions. Our Talent Development team is a small, but mighty group focused on being exceptional business partners who deeply know the business and develop practical, but impactful talent solutions, interventions and programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Enable multiple modes of development activities to deliver experiential learning opportunities for leaders, exercising skills and behavior that support TBC Values and expected leadership competencies.
- Partner with the stakeholders to ensure the vision and desired outcomes for program events and participant experience are met with a high degree of success.
- Manage and leverage external vendor partnerships. As appropriate, lead and navigate contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain engagement, relationships, credibility, and influence with key stakeholders.
- Build and scale a program implementation roadmap to deploy leadership development programs consistently and concurrently across multiple locations, cohorts, and phases.
- Maintain strong working knowledge and familiarity with leadership development trends, best-practices, tools/resources and vendors. Conduct appropriate research and benchmarking and make recommendations for shifts in strategy, approach/methodology and tools, as necessary.
- Design, develop and manage leadership development programs across the organization, including all aspects of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of these programs. Initial focus will be on design/refinement and execution of a foundational global leadership development program for our people leaders (Front-line through Director level).
- Own and manage end-to-end program and project administration, preparation, communication, marketing, facilitation, participant engagement, tracking and measurement.
- Partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Leads and other key stakeholders to analyze and understand changing organizational needs and business drivers, influence action and develop programmatic solutions that meet the strategic needs of the business.
- Establish and execute a measurement and accountability process for both participants and direct leaders, including commitment, engagement, participation, knowledge/learning transfer, on-the-job application and leadership impact.
- Communicate insights, improvement plans, progress and impact on business outcomes to senior business and HR leaders.
Qualifications
- Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to create compelling visual marketing and branded materials through a variety of design tools, applications and platforms.
- This position is based at our corporate office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and is a hybrid role with some days in the office and some days remote. In-person, on-site collaboration and meetings to support delivery of our leadership development program is essential.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to balance tactical and strategic-thinking and execution.
- Deep subject matter expertise and experience with innovative and best practice learning and leadership
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience (HR, talent management, L&D, leadership development, project and program management) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience designing and managing leadership development programs within a complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, tracking and reporting on learning impact metrics.
- Established track record for taking a consultative approach to designing and delivering innovative learning programs with measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs.
- Experience and demonstrated success in program, process and project management, including ability to develop complex, multi-faceted programs from end-to-end with complex tasks, timelines, and resource management.
- Strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication, consultation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to partner and build credibility and relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning Design & Technology, Instructional Design or related field required.
- Experience working with and leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technology platforms to support and drive learning delivery and learner engagement.
