The Sr. Director, Marketing Sunnova is looking for senior leader to join the marketing team and head the company’s business to business marketing strategy, lead generation partnerships, sponsorships, and events. The scope of the role is enterprise-wide and supports all business channels and geographies including residential and commercial, direct, dealer, and homebuilder. This leader is a critical member of the marketing team whose work will drive business growth and partner relationships.

Sr. Director, Marketing

• Works closely with digital, email, creative and channel marketing teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
• Acts as a coach player and will jump in to help teams drive projects over the finish line.
• Manages all company events to drive dealer and builder growth and engagement.
• Activities included, but not limited to, are: determining the campaign strategy, channels, budget, managing team to execute campaigns, measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manages and tracks the business marketing and partnership budgets.
• Represents and delivers service excellence that is in keeping with our brand.
• Tracks performance of each program, holds team accountable for results, and reports successes, lessons learned, and plans for continuous improvement.
• Leads and develops a team of senior level marketing managers.
• KPIs include, but are not limited to, leads, sales, cost per lead, cost per sale, lead conversion rate, dealer and homebuilder recruitment.
• Leads integrated marketing strategy for all business-to-business channels.
• Develops relationships and negotiates agreements with outside lead partners.
• Leads marketing strategy with lead partners and manages execution.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports to: VP, Marketing

Minimum Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in marketing
• Bachelor of Science in Marketing or related field
• 10+ years leading, coaching, and developing a team
• Advanced experience in managing partner relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years working with a dealer channel
• 5+ years event management
• 10+ years business to business marketing experience
• 5+ years lead management
• Sr. leader with advanced knowledge and experience with solar energy services
