I'm seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to head up the lead acquisition efforts and oversee various marketing channels. Responsibilities:

• Drive data-driven decisions, focusing on sustainable growth and efficiency.
• Define and execute lead acquisition plans, collaborating with channel managers.
• Present performance results to leadership and provide recommendations for tests, changes, and pivots.
• Foster a culture of continual improvement through testing and performance analysis.
• Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies.
• Set KPIs and budgets for each marketing channel for successful planning and optimization.
• Contribute to annual budget planning by branch and channel.
• Analyze performance reports and dashboards to activate tactics for improvement.
• Manage a performance team covering SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates, Web, Email, and more.

Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in a Performance Marketing role with expertise in marketing performance metrics and reporting.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions.
• Experience managing PPC, SEO, Social Media (paid and organic), and offline media tactics.
• Goal-oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Traditional, Digital, and other lead-generation marketing formats.
• Strong analytical skills, using data and consumer behavior trends to drive insights.
