Position:Marketing Director of DG America Region


Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the business management and team management of the marketing department. Provide professional decision-making support for the business development of America Region and subordinate representative offices;

2.Responsible for the business processes and specifications formulation, sorting and optimization for market management, product management, and channel management in the America region DG. Support the normal development of the region business;

3.Responsible for the regional market insight and analysis work, and carry out marketing, channel management and other strategy formulation and implementation;

4.Responsible for the channel system construction and process optimization of region. Supervise channel operation indicators, coordinate channel sinking activities, manage channel order, and improve channel efficiency;

5.Responsible for product management, product promotion, and price management of region. Integrate internal resources to effectively manage product market demand, projects and full life cycle; Provide product marketing capabilities and resources for brand promotion, customer communication, project expansion and other activities; Manage price strategy, price release and execution of region within the scope of authorization feedback work to drive process adaptation.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor‘s degree or above, more than 8 years of work experience.

2.Familiar with the channel/distribution business, and have rich experience in brand management, enterprise management, marketing and other related work.

3.More than 5 years of team management experience.

4.Have strong overall planning, business goal decomposition, and implementation capabilities.

5.Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin language a huge plus
