Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a level 4 or 5 analyst to support the Commercial Marketing Operations team. Marketing Operations is focused on enabling internal efficiencies & business improvements so all Marketing teams can perform more effectively and spend more time with customers.


Position Responsibilities:
  • Provides analytics, process and systems support to the broader Marketing organization, plus other sales and business stakeholders as needed
  • Manages cross-functional marketing operations & integration projects to deliver on organizational strategy and objectives
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Mentors other team mates
  • Interacts with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to managers to executives
  • Serves as organizational representative and/or leader on cross-functional teams
  • Business Integration
  • Regularly contributes to the development of new job practices, techniques, and standards
  • Acts as the Subject Matter Expert for Marketing Operations initiatives
  • Produces relevant, digitized reports that turns data and information into actionable intelligence
  • Takes the lead to create solution proposals, present and collect information, and execute based on a set plan
  • Coaching & Mentoring
  • Partners with technical teams to capture digital transformation requirements and to integrate technology into Marketing business processes
  • Leads efforts to optimize Marketing best practices and implement business processes within key tools (e.g. SalesForce, Tableau and Quip)
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Develops and maintains business processes that enable the efficient collection and assessment of key marketing data (e.g. market, segment, product, lead, campaign and customer data)
  • Able to work both independently or with a cross-functional team as each situation requires
  • Performs work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment
  • Project Management


This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • 5+ years of experience working in any of the following arenas: operational enablement, business enablement, sales, marketing and/or business development
  • 5+ years of cross-functional project management or program management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining reports, dashboards and visualizations in Excel plus Tableau, SalesForce and/or Einstein Analytics


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • 5+ years of experience utilizing or administering core Marketing functionalities (e.g. Leads, Campaigns, Customer Management, Product Management and/or Analytics) within SalesForce SalesCloud and/or SalesForce Marketing Cloud
  • Mid-level experience using Microsoft Visio, Project and One Note
  • Advanced-level experience using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Mid-level experience using programming languages such as SQL and/or scripting languages such as Python
  • Mid-level experience in managing and/or implementing organizational change initiatives


Typical Education/ Experience:


Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).


Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)


Relocation:


This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Average Pay Summary: $115,600 - $156,400
