Sr. Director - Education Services

The Sr. Director, Education Services leads the customer training and education team for Trellix. This role is responsible for the assessment and identification of customer education needs as well as the design, development, and delivery of those services.

What You Will Do:

• Define and develop a range of educational content, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and virtual training sessions
• Plan, organize, and lead training programs, ensuring execution at all levels
• Build and manage a team of education professionals, including trainers, instructional designers, and enablement specialists
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital education strategy that leverages emerging technologies and platforms to deliver cutting-edge training and enablement experiences for customers and partners, including:
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of education programs and track customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with customer success, product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that educational content aligns with product features, customer use cases, and market trends.
• Evolving to support broader audiences: not only customer users, but partners and internal Trellix technical teams (e.g. Support, Customer Success, Pro Serv)
• Define and develop innovative digital educational content, such as interactive simulations, self-paced modules, and immersive experiences, that align with the needs of diverse customer segments
• Build and manage relationships with customers and partners to understand their education needs and drive adoption of our products and services.
• Evolving training modality from traditional ILT/ELT formats to more modern micro-delivery experiences (self-guided learning, YouTube shorts, in-product experiences, etc)
• Create, drive, and report out on key metrics and OKRs
• Lead a global team of education services professionals demonstrating strong leadership and team engagement capabilities
• Continuously evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of education programs to ensure customer success and loyalty.

About You:

• Experience in cybersecurity a plus
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Vision of what a modern, digital education services team is with the ability to implement and execute that vision
• Ability to lead and influence at all levels.
• 12+ years’ experience in education services or similar field with experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• 5+ years leadership experience driving change and working cross functionally
• Strong communication skills

Base Pay Range: $175K - 250K. Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
