I'm recruiting a Managing Director of Real Estate Planning & Analysis to join a growing consulting company. Our client plans to double in size in the next 3 to 5 years!!!

This is a key real estate finance leader that will be responsible for leading the long-term planning, financial forecasting, and reporting for their retail clients. The Director, Real Estate Financial Planning & Analysis is a key real estate leader that will be responsible for leading the long-term planning, financial forecasting, and reporting for retail company clients. The Director will work closely with the retail client teams to develop a multi-year strategy to transform or enhance the real estate footprint of the client’s portfolio. They will evaluate client’s portfolio and create a real estate strategy and plan. They must be an expert in excel and database management.
