The Senior Vice President, of Digital - Multi-Brand (SVP Digital) is a strategic leader responsible for driving the digital transformation and growth of our portfolio of brands. They will oversee and lead the organization's digital strategy and initiatives to drive growth, innovation, and profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, emerging technologies, and trends in consumer behavior. The SVP Digital ensures the company remains at the forefront of digital advancements and is accountable for digital product development, digital marketing, e-commerce, and data analytics.
This role report to the Global Chief Executive Officer, the SVP Digital will work closely with Divisional Leaders across the organization and will be a driving force in our organization's digital evolution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- E-commerce and Digital Marketing: Direct and oversee the company's e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives, including website development, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing, to drive customer engagement and online sales.
- Digital Product Development: Oversee the development and implementation of new digital products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate the digital strategy and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other senior leaders across the organization to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Digital Strategy and Vision: Develop and drive the overall digital strategy for the organization in line with the company's goals and objectives. Identify new digital business opportunities, partnerships, and technologies to keep the organization competitive in the digital landscape.
- Digital Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the exploration of new digital technologies, tools, and platforms that can improve business performance and customer experiences.
- Data Analytics and Insights: Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various digital channels, utilizing insights to inform business decisions and improve the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the digital budget, ensuring the allocation of resources aligns with strategic priorities and drives the desired business outcomes.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the organization's digital initiatives adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, while also managing potential risks related to digital transformation.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
- Experience in managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
- A proactive, strategic, and customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, data analytics, and digital product development.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a strong focus on multi-brand strategy with a demonstrated track record of success in leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change.
