Job Description
This position will assist the department with sourcing/screening candidates, posting of open job positions and various reporting related to recruitment efforts.


The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:


  • Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual and face-to-face interviews, and selects applicants for interview


based on established competencies following standard workflow process as well as set up interviews for all


hiring managers.

  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager


preferences.


  • Sources candidates for active and pipeline searches, utilizing a multitude of recruitment research methods to


create name generation and build candidate flow.


  • Posts positions to appropriate job boards, unadvertise and repost positions as need to ensure timely follow up


with candidates


  • Prepares reports including pipelining, sourcing efforts, and timelines following standard work
  • Communicate successes and challenges so we can continuously challenge and improve the process
  • Coordinates with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on selection status
  • Stay abreast of market and employment trends affecting the recruitment function. Communicate challenges


and solutions that will result in recruitment improvements.


  • Manage and prioritize a candidate pipeline by following up with all candidate inquiries and closing appropriate


files


  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and objectives and build effective search


strategies.


  • Follow standardized processes to screen and select the best candidates, ensuring compliance with all
  • Address any candidate concerns in preliminary discussions.
  • Make timely updates in the applicant tracking system.

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required.


  • 5 years of experience in Applicant tracking systems or human resources information systems preferred OR in pharmacy practice preferred
