We are seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst who is able to build and maintain supplier relationships, streamline the procurement process, and analyze the data to find cost saving opportunities to help the organization.

Location: Remote

Pay: $32-$42.60 hr.(equates to $66,500-$88,600 salary)- depends on experience

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm(may need to work extra hours on occasion to assist)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing, managing, maintaining vendor relationships.
• Assist with vendors setup in NetSuite, create custom data reporting, willing to learn other solutions that Finance uses and analyze how can they benefit Procurement work flows.
• Provide continuous feedback to our fulfillment partners based on contractual service level agreements, and proactively communicate performance to management.
• Analyze purchase data, trends, create custom reporting and makes recommends that achieve cost efficiencies.
• Assist in the preparation of RFP's, bid analysis, and vendor contract creation.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement, particularly around hardware fulfillment and returns.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ongoing review of upcoming vendor contracts/renewals through Agiloft, monitor supplier performance, create vendor score cards.
• Contribute to the selection and management of key suppliers, ensuring the quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance with contract terms.
• Oversees multiple projects through to completion within defined timelines.
• Manage the end to end Purchase Order process; prepare purchase requisitions, perform a thorough diligence before approving orders, manage escalations, and negotiate prices as applicable to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain required
• Demonstrated effective presentation, written and verbal communication at all levels of the company.
• Experience with vendor relationships and negotiation strategies, techniques and dispute mediation
• A creative-thinker with an aim to resolve issues and able to balance competing demands on one’s time.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply chain or Procurement required
• Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects while meeting expected deadlines
• Ability to work in a changing and dynamic work environment.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Advanced writing skills.
• Demonstrate ability to work with little supervision and be proactive in problem prevention.
• Strong proficiency in the use of software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet, and other web-based applications.
• 5+ years with RFP's and RFQ's
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with team members as well as with cross-functional team members.
