Marketing Procurement Analyst Jobs

Our not-for-profit client is looking for a Marketing Procurement Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Procurement Analyst:

• Work closely with the assigned Manager and Procurement team members, internal business contacts, legal staff, and outside vendors
• Facilitate work in accordance with client policy and procedures
• Purchase order processing, as well as negotiation, editing and facilitation of SOWs, Master Agreements, Quotes, Supplier paper, Insertion Orders, etc
• Advise, draft, and facilitate in the preparation of contracts and see through to their execution by client staff
• Assist in the procurement process by coordinating the purchase of Marketing services, platforms and goods
