Overview


We are seeking a Procurement Administrator (remote) to join our growing team!


Responsibilities & Qualifications


Position Summary


  • The Procurement Administrator will support our growing Procurement department by providing administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is confident working independently and will proactively manage the needs of the department. Experience with procurement, contract management, administrative support, and/or accounts payable is strongly preferred.


A Day in the Life


  • Initiate and manage notification and escalation processes
  • Assist internal partners with contract and procurement related processes, paperwork, and systems
  • Work independently within establish procedures, including coordination and resolution of problems, which are well precedent
  • Organize and validate SharePoint site for easy flow.
  • Assist department leaders in carrying out project duties and tasks
  • Work with others to identify major issues and actionable opportunities, process solutions, and quantify operational impact across the organization
  • Respond to and resolve queries from internal and external partners in a timely manor
  • Identify opportunities and solutions to develop new procedures and processes to improve the overall effectiveness of the Department
  • Manage the department's day to day workflow, scheduling, record keeping, etc.
  • Participate in projects in numerous capacity such as requirements gathering, documentation, creating training material


We Are Looking For Someone Who Brings


  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications including, Word, Excel, and Outlook and SharePoint
  • Contract, legal, or procurement background a strong plus
  • Organized - Must have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload in order to be able to fulfill responsibilities within the department
  • Experience with Coupa a plus
  • 2 or more years of related administrative support experience, some collage preferred
