Company Profile: A world-leading consumer goods company is looking to add a Senior Procurement Manager to their team. This person will be responsible for the cost, service, quality, and supply risk of all materials and services procured for a manufacturing site. This is a high impact and complex role with significant scope that spans across multiple categories and suppliers.

The Senior Procurement Manager will Be Responsible For the Following:

• And indirect spaces, liaising with the local Site Leadership team
• Accountable for the implementation of the sourcing strategy and vendor relationship management
• Ensure that the key requirements of the Site and Supply Chain are built into the relevant Category Procurement strategies and delivered
• Create and implement procurement strategies to improve and optimize cost, service, quality, and minimize the supply risk of materials
• Ensure ideation with the Supply Chain and Site of new value creation projects and for partnering with them for OTIF delivery
• Manage procurement responsibilities in both direct

The Senior Procurement Manager Should Have the Following Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Procurement experience in a large FMCG company
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strategy development and implementation
• Demonstrated learning agility; proven ability to solve complex problems with limited oversight
• Strong decision-making capability and ability to execute tasks
• Degree level education

This is a full time permanent position that will be fully remote.
