The Boeing Company is looking for a Distribution Services Sales Senior Manager to join our team. This position is accountable for the revenue and margin performance of the global Business Aviation & General Aviation (BAGA) Parts Sales segment, as well as building a strong and well qualified opportunity pipeline for future growth.
A successful leader will have the ability to develop and implement integrated Distribution Services Sales strategies. Developing strong customer relationships across all levels of customers, government involvement, and Boeing, while understanding customer needs and priorities and shaping requirements to win in the marketplace. This leader will create an environment of inclusion, transparency and trust.
Position Responsibilities:
- Directs market sector activities for BAGA, Rotorcraft market space involving spare parts
- Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Customer interface for BAGA supplier base with Boeing Distribution Services, Inc. (BDSI)
- Develops and implements integrated organizational plans and guides the development of the business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives
- Leads employees and managers planning, developing and running sales and marketing campaigns
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and management teams
- Responsible for BDSI North American Sales for Original Equipment Manufacturer Services in Engine and Systems, Honeywell Programs, and Americas Aftermarket
- Develops and manages relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Capable of traveling 25-50% of the time
- 3+ years of experience using critical business and financial competence in order to influence and shape strategy
- 5+ years of experience working as a senior leader or manager
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace sales and marketing
- 3+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Business Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience developing and motivating employees, mid-level and senior level managers
- Business Aviation & General Aviation(BAGA) knowledge
- Operations and process management experience to support a wide range of business objectives
- Experienced in parts distribution models – customer (end user) vs. supplier (client) models

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
