Territory Manager - Consumer Distribution

• Coordination and timely delivery of dealer needs
• Grow relationships with Dealers in assigned territory
• Support the Distributor Region Manager on planning, sales opportunity discovery and daily partner coordination
• Run data analytics to support current dealer opportunity development
• Build regular / ad-hoc performance report for assigned dealers across geographies

• Supports Region manager in revenue generation and run day to day coordination with dealers
• Exceed sales target for assigned territory
• Dealer needs are addressed adequately by coordinating between Bose’s internal resource pools
• Grow sell-through with dealers via marketing, product launches and promotions

• Trains distributor sales reps and dealers on go-to-market elements (e.g., promotion, value proposition, etc)
• Ensure detail displays are deployed in a timely fashion (where applicable)
• Develop deep relationship with assigned dealers and inform potential for growth opportunities
• Ability to serve as a backfill for Region Manager role in case of absences/vacation
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure dealer needs are adequately met
• Support revenue potential target setting for assigned dealer
• Day to day support and coordination needed by Region Manager to address distributor and dealer needs

• Microsoft Office and CRM platform experience.
• Ability to vet leads and uncover opportunity based on a quick understanding of customer needs
• Strong understanding of business and technology across Bose’s broad portfolio that enables values selling
• Proven track record of handling large volume of opportunities with dealers
• Up to 20% travel in assigned territory
• 5-7 years of Territory Management experience, selling and training on Consumer Electronics with both Online and Brick & Mortar retailers
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, both internal and external.
• Strong track record of execution against sales targets and strategic objectives required
