A successful candidate for the Sales Executive for the Warehouse Distributor role will bring a high energy, entrepreneurial mindset to build strategic, multi-year growth plans for our distributor customers. This role is vital to the growth of our Warehouse Nutrition brands like Simply and fairlife.
What you get to do:
- Collaborate with high-performing teams to create best-in-class value for our customers.
- Bring a growth mindset every day to consistently meet & exceed sales targets that pertain to availability, share growth, trade spending, and in market activation.
- Build annual business plans in collaboration with our customers, cross-functional partners and broker teams to drive revenue and gross profit growth.
A Day in the Life:
- Develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with category managers, distributors, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead, develop & negotiate annual agreements with assigned distributors & retailers that maximizes our ROI and delivers the business plan.
- Identify and tackle opportunities and risks in our annual business plan.
- Analyze current agreements and renegotiate as necessary.
- Build programs to drive availability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fact-based selling background in CPG that includes utilizing syndicated data.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Preferred skills: Annual account planning, Contract negotiation, Category management, Trade Management, Forecasting, distributor and broker management, Strategic Seeling
- Proven ability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems.
- Minimum Required: bachelor's degree in business or related background.
- CPG/Beverage experience
