POINT OF SALE MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

2+ years experience in Analyst role within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or similar field

Experience with Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, and Tableau

Experience converting analytics into insights

Knowledge of retail landscape (local accounts, regional accounts, and National accounts)

Manage performance tracking for bonus proposes

3-5 years of experience in CPG data analytics, preferably beverage

Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

Financial, analytical, mathematical problem-solving skills

Excellent presentation skills - both written & verbal

Minimum of 5 years of sales, partnership, business development or business affairs experience

Manage a deal through all phases (e.g., term sheet creation, negotiation, and execution)

Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify key facts, risks and opportunities and make strong recommendations to senior executive audiences

Media and Direct to Consumer industry experience

Lead the development of strategies and framing for Disney Platform Distribution partnerships

Grows and develops new business opportunities across assigned accounts

Schedule appointments based on travel routes and focus lists, while keeping all shared notes and calendar invites. Requires strong organizational skills.

Review and submit expense reports to Finance, where accuracy and timeliness are key.

No Experience Required; 2+ Years Preferred

Financial Services experience is preferred

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the food industry.

Develop and manage the sales budget, forecasting sales volumes, revenues, and expenses accurately.

Experience working with UNFI, KEHE, brokers, Spins, and all things food/CPG.

Excellent knowledge of the United States market, including distribution channels, key accounts, and retail trends.

Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Familiarity with sustainable and organic food products and an understanding of ethical sourcing practices.

Have earned a bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) degree preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Experience managing a channel of distributor sales teams or 3rd party sales organizations.

Excellent communication skills across various audiences.

Analyze sales trends, monitor sales performance, and provide guidance, forecasts, and support to distributor sales teams and Ice Specialists.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategic initiatives to grow sales.

Mechanical aptitude and an ability to train others, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations related to commercial or industrial food service equipment.

Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning

Create presentations and reports based on collected data for various levels of management

Submit reports to relevant department heads and management

Support the 5S Lean Program and the RPI Labor Management Program

1-3 years of progressive logistics experience required, preferably in a multi-divisional consumer goods public company.

1-3 years experience in data mining
