Job Description
What You'll Be Doing…
The Senior Manager, Client Services will be responsible for managing advertiser driven programs for all Women’s Lifestyle properties from pitch to execution. The Client Services Manager is the liaison between clients and internal departments such as Sales, Integrated Marketing, Branded Content, Ad Ops, Production and Creative teams. You will partner with Sales, Integrated Marketing, Branded Content and Social teams to conceptualize and develop programs on behalf of advertisers, translating our clients’ marketing and advertising objectives into media strategies. You will also help to bring sold programs to life, leading and managing campaigns through expert client support, communication, and understanding of the digital media landscape to help set up campaigns for success and navigate challenges along the way in order to meet client objectives. As part of the Media Revenue team, the Senior Client Services Manager’s goal is to help produce successful campaigns, build strong client relationships and drive renewal of business.
Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve…
  • 4-5+ years experience in media planning/account management
  • Knowledge of DFP and 3rd party tags
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in building media plans and post-sale campaign execution
  • Extremely detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
