Job Description
Overview:
Senior Client Finance Manager

Senior Client Finance Manager reports directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for the following:

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with shared service center to ensure monthly billing is completed no later than the 20th of the month
  • Preparation of quarterly savings/efficiencies documentation
  • Audit compliance – ensure all required paperwork (ex: MSA, approved scopes, POs, signed estimates, monthly fee rec’s, etc.) are on Sharepoint
  • Review & complete weekly rate checks
  • Preparation of monthly fee reconciliations; review slides and participate in monthly client meetings
  • Establish relationships with client finance counterparts & procurement
  • Prepare client requests financial reports and analysis as needed
  • Be familiar with and adhere to clients contractual requirements, departmental processes and procedures
  • Monthly review of AR for timely payments
  • Partner with account to ensure POs are received and revised in a timely manner
  • Train new account and PM team members on Biolumina’s financial processes & client financial requirements
  • Complete any special projects as requested by the CFO
  • Quarterly tracking of hours for team based on contractual agreements
  • Review outstanding vendor POs and expenses

Requirements

Seeking a candidate with a college degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics and extremely proficient in Excel. Eight+ years of work experience, agency experience a plus

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
