Hris Systems Analyst Jobs

Position title will be based on experience.

Understands business requirements and interprets into system solutions ensuring that all possible scenarios have been covered.

Develops test cases recommended for configuration changes and conduct quality assurance to ensure all business requirements have been met.

Two or more years of professional IT/HRIS experience.

Excellent logic and organizational skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Working knowledge of HRIS policies, procedures and guidelines supporting HR transactional activities (benefits, compensation, payroll, employee, and manager direct access, etc.)

Support key initiatives operated through HRIS (Open Enrollment, Compensation Planning, Change Management, etc.)

A Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Provide escalated support for functions within Workday and other systems and successfully manage the escalated issues to resolution

Previous experience working with Workday HCM, Time, Comp

Previous experience in successful Workday implementations

Assess current processes and recommend system changes and enhancements to ensure effective tracking and management of Human Resources data

Manage updates to system configuration based on changes in the organization, legal requirements, and business processes

Working knowledge of SQL and understanding and working experience with back-end technologies, including APIs and web services is preferred

Experience supporting and implementing global HRIS preferred

Excellent analytical and customer service skills

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of associates

Must have the ability to work within strict time-lines and have advanced project management skills

Required Education, Knowledge and Experience

Advanced proficiency in database management and security

Work closely with the HRIS manager/team members to address any Workday inquiries and process issues.

Experience viDesktop is desired but not required.

Must be collaborative and have superior communication skills

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to HRIS and data management.

Develop and implement HRIS policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficient data management and adherence to best practices.

Generate and analyze HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support People Services and management decision-making processes.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document HRIS requirements and enhancements and translate them into system configurations and customizations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data

3+ years of experience in database management including data entry, configuration, running reports (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other applicable systems)

Liaise with payroll, accounting/finance, IT, and other departments

Adheres to all training requirements and follows all company guidelines and security procedures for the secure handling of confidential employee data.

Experience with Workday required; ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred

Experience with system implementations and integrations highly preferred

Continuous improvement mindset and critical thinking skills needed

In-depth knowledge of HR processes, data management, and HR compliance requirements.

Partner with HR and IT teams to integrate HRIS with other systems, such as payroll, benefits, and performance management.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including but not limited to ADP HRIS, Workday ERP, and ADP Workforce Now.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, configure, and implement system enhancements and upgrades.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.

Experience in Project Management, systems implementation, and continuous improvement programs.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

6-10 years of relevant human resources experience or combination of education and experience in process design and technology support.

Support documentation of enhancement and business process requirements, test scenarios and defect tracking and resolution.

High level of knowledge of human resources processes as well as knowledge of end-to-end development processes.

Experience working with global ERP or other computer based human resources systems.

Must have the ability to work within strict time-lines and have advanced project management skills.

Strongly preferred: in-depth working knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Experience with TalentReef administration is a plus as well.

Trains users on system features and capabilities, creates training tools and guides.

Manages all integrations to/from talent systems and HCM Solutions.

Broad knowledge of systems and functions, including development, implementation, user support and training, maintenance, and system testing and evaluation.

Interpersonal skills necessary to interface effectively with various levels of personnel in discussions and explanations of complex information.

Experience with a Project Management Tool.

Maintain specialization in the specific areas of responsibilities through constant learning the new technologies and best industry practices.

7 years of combined experience in Information Systems.

Expertise level skills in writing Fast Formula.

Experience with a programming language and PL/SQL preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
