Expert knowledge of HP ALM operation, reporting and usage. Client utilizes HP ALM QC v16.

Report on progress and attainment of weekly execution goals.

Ensure failed/blocked scripts have defects identified that are prohibiting execution

Facilitate development of cross system integrated test scenarios and scripts.

Expertise with HP ALM; testing expertise

Position title will be based on experience.

Understands business requirements and interprets into system solutions ensuring that all possible scenarios have been covered.

Develops test cases recommended for configuration changes and conduct quality assurance to ensure all business requirements have been met.

Two or more years of professional IT/HRIS experience.

Excellent logic and organizational skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

SAP configuration experience in Materials Management module (e.g. Procure to Pay)

Strong experience with process design & requirements gathering.

Excellent client interaction and communication skills (written and verbal). Must be able to facilitate meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.

7 or more years of relevant work experience in IT applications

Ability to quickly learn existing business processes and combine knowledge from functional disciplines in order to produce optimal business solutions.

Ability to manage division level projects/assignments with a high degree of complexity.

Exposure to functional or strategic Human Capital Management a plus

Adapt to evolving project management styles founded on the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step implementation methodology

Experience traveling independently and ability to travel regularly for work, ~50-75% (10-15 days a month)

Participate as an active member on implementation teams consisting of functional and technical consultants, solutions architects, project managers, developers and trainers

Write functional requirements and functional design documents for new product, creative configurations, and client-driven customizations

Technically adept, scrappy, and self-motivated

3. Maintains and updates HR codes and tables in the HR System, ensuring data integrity.

8. Works in conjunction with HR functional areas and the Infor Core team to define system change requests and report requests.

13. Assists departments with quick HRDB report requests as needed.

14. Provides consultation to clients on procedures and processes affecting HR network and applications.

16. Performs other job related duties as required.

BS or Master’s in operations management / Industrial Engineering, Computer Science disciplines (or equivalent experience)

Build prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions.

10+ plus years of relevant work experience architecting, designing and implementing comprehensive supply chain planning solutions using advanced planning tools.

Good hands-on experience with SAP IBP Supply response, SAP APO SNP optimization, or CTM modeling for solving Supply Chain problems.

Knowledge of Kinaxis, Blue Yonder supply chain planning solutions is a plus.

Semiconductor industry supply chain planning knowledge is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields (or equivalent experience)

3-5 years of experience in an HR Role

Assist Human Resources in system testing, data validation, and data entry task for implementation of UKG Dimensions and Workday

Collaborate with internal teams to improve existing processes regarding data entry & data integrity

2+ years of experience in HR system maintenance and implementation, specifically using and managing UKG Dimensions

Experience with, UKG Dimension or Workday is highly preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal; skills.

Act as a system administrator for the UKG Dimensions system across the organization

Strong working knowledge of global HR data privacy requirements and policies

Demonstrated collaboration with senior level stakeholders to understand business or system requirements and to socialize solutions

Considerable knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, procedures and practices related to Human Resources

Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems/applications, preferably Workday

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong consulting and influencing skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong ability to work independently with the ability to multi-task; work on multiple projects..

Knowledge of business analysis methodology and requirements tools.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and procedures

Minimum 6 years experience working in a business analysis function required And

Minimum 5+ years experience working with Information technologies required And

Minimum 3 years Microsoft Office software experience required
