Senior Director, Strategy & Planning
Location - Remote US, CA
This high-profile role will shape GTM strategy & planning as part of the Field Revenue Operations organization. You will work with leaders in sales, marketing, customer experience, channel teams and finance to define and implement initiatives that accelerate growth, drive productivity and efficiency gains across all aspects of the worldwide field organization.
How You'll Spend Your Time Here
  • Sales acceleration: Establish key sales metrics at worldwide and geo levels aligned with short and long term priorities and recommend acceleration plans and cross-functional collaboration and alignment. Metrics may include productivity, pipeline, and win rates.
  • Growth strategy and business planning: Develop and manage field priorities that drive consistency and outstanding field behavior for a global sales and channel organization. Identify & clearly articulate growth initiatives, sales incentive programs, and improvements that support the business and drive growth. Lead key initiatives tied to sales and channel readiness, including annual and long-range planning.
  • Define and lead multiple, high visibility strategic initiatives, including get well plans across the business.
  • Go-to-market model evolution: Evolve GTM strategies that may include segmentation and associated measurements for optimum business coverage and capacity planning.

You can develop and translate strategy into execution plans and work in a cross-functional team model. You are a leader who gets things done and is comfortable in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of how sales and channels field organizations operate including annual planning, sales readiness processes, and go-to-market planning.
  • Must be comfortable in a faced-paced, dynamic environment where you are empowered to make decisions and drive the business.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales strategy & planning, consulting or direct relevant experience.
  • Experience with sales segmentation structures including measurements and reporting.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, experience working with all levels including executive levels.
  • Minimum BA/BS, MBS preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in sales strategy & planning, consulting or directly relevant experience is required.
  • Consistent track record of cross-functional collaboration, establishing relationships and driving successful outcomes in a matrix environment.
  • Strong in framing & structuring business problems, prioritizing initiatives and building recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Curious and flexible, you enjoy variety and are willing to tackle different roles/responsibilities as business needs evolve.
  • Proven experience translating strategy into plans and leading through execution.
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
US Pay Range
$184,400—$230,500 USD
