What You'll Do
We are seeking an outstanding Strategy and Planning professional to join our Global Specialist Strategy & Planning (GSSP) team as a Strategy & Planning Manager. Your experience will enable you to drive multiple aspects of the sales strategy, planning & operations function. Build & implement operational plans to drive transformational initiatives and GTM plays that translate into sales growth.
Responsibilities:

• Lead GTM programs and new business models/products from start-to-finish, structuring the problem statement and approach, identifying and aligning with the appropriate set of stakeholders, guiding cross-functional working groups and problem-solving efforts, synthesizing results and making pitches to senior collaborators
• Collaborate with AppD Sales Leadership and cross-functional leadership to formulate strategic priorities and plans related to e.g., running-the-business, organic and inorganic strategy, emerging industry trends, competitive dynamics, and internal business performance improvement
• Represent AppDynamics to optimally communicate and influence decisions in cross-functional forums. Function effectively in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail.
• Work closely with Specialists S&P and GEO S&P and multi-functional leadership to formulate long-term strategic priorities and plans related to e.g., organic and inorganic growth strategy, emerging industry trends, competitive dynamics, and internal business performance improvement

Who You Are
Qualifications

• Proven experience translating strategy into operational plans and leading through execution.
• Strong program/project management skills to drive initiatives; capable of taking a concept, building a plan, and running daily tasks to deliver successful outcomes.
• Strong in framing & structuring business problems, prioritizing the effort, conducting complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, building an exec level story complete with recommendations
• Consistent track record in cross-functional collaboration, establishing relationships and driving successful outcomes in a matrixed environment
• Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Minimum BA/BS with 9+ years of related experience in SaaS GTM Strategy, sales operations, GTM FP&A, and/or strategy consulting roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; understand the numbers
