Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, people-focused CPG sales leader to spearhead the sales strategy!


With a strong presence in the market and a diverse portfolio of high-quality products as Senior Sales Director you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and exceed company objectives.

The focus of this role will be centred on strategy and people leadership to achieve maximum sales results across all selling channels Three primary responsibilities are:

  • Oversee the business development of top-level relationships across all sales channels.
  • Develop and align sales strategy with the strategic vision of the company to drive revenue.
  • Create and communicate sales goals that are designed to propel the brand.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovative sales initiatives, ensuring optimal market penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and gain a competitive advantage.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts, negotiating contracts, and driving profitable business growth.
  • Analyze sales performance data and implement effective strategies and tactics to continuously improve sales outcomes.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of excellence.


Qualifications:


  • Strong business acumen, with experience managing multimillion-dollar sales budgets and delivering impressive financial results.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, capable of establishing and maintaining key customer partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying market opportunities and developing innovative sales approaches.
  • Comfortable working remotely and self-motivated to thrive in a virtual corporate environment.
