We are looking for a Manager, National Sales, to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Creates comprehensive business proposals for process improvement in such areas as sales strategy and presents to the senior leadership team
• Manages and aids in the analyzing, planning, research, and development of sales objectives to achieve streamlined systems and growth
• Oversees Regional Treatment Coordinators to ensure the successful roll out, implementation and training of new initiatives
• Manages and provides ongoing training relating to consultations, sales principles, and psychology of sales
• Manages, and develops best in class processes to gain tangible business results and improvements in areas such as profitability, productivity, patient experience, and quality
• Meets with stakeholders to discuss upcoming needs and challenges, as well as to share upcoming changes and results

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in a corporate setting required with seven (7) years preferred or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing required
• In addition to the education and/or experience required above, three (3) years of sales management experience required
• Experience leading sales teams in a multi-location retail or healthcare environment preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
