Grants, Contracts & Closing Management

Produce budgets for grant proposals in collaboration with program leaders, the Development Department, and the Director of Finance & Shared Services.

Manages CFC’s consultant contracts and grants agreements process.

Manages sub-granting processes by soliciting and monitoring reports from grantees and updating reporting.

Manages corporate credit cards program.

Other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance & Shared Services.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

This role has a hybrid work schedule: Two days on-site and three days remote per week.

3+ years of office experience providing a high level of customer service.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Proficiency with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, computer databases and ticketing system.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, including experience providing excellent customer service.

Experience (typically 6 months) related accounting experience.

Good organizational and analytical /statistical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of Automated accounting or financial systems.

Project Management experience in multiband environment a plus

Design and implement Talent Management practices

7-10 years of Human Resources experience with progressively increasing responsibilities within a distribution center or industry

Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously

Manage full cycle recruiting for salaried and non-exempt professional positions

Partner with hiring managers to create standard job descriptions

Maintains complex records related to HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Union records

Posts records and processes departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional area

Responds to inquiries that require specialized knowledge of the function to respond

2+ years of college experience preferred

Reading, writing, math and communication skills at a proficient level

Intermediate computer skills in Excel and Word

Having the technical skills and foundational knowledge to run reports, analyze data and act upon it.

Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis

10+ years employee relations experience preferred.

Uses our in-house suite of programmatic resources to consult on Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, Succession Plans and Development Plans.

$20.00 - $22.00 / hour, based on job relevant experience

10-12 years of experience working in an HR and Shared Services environment required, preferably with a global company

Experience leading complex projects, managing risk and driving a team to deliver the highest quality results for our clients required
