Summary:
In this role, you will drive and provide results through efficient and successful delivery of pharmacy services consulting engagements for Members. You will be expected to identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to reduce cost, increase revenue and/or improve performance.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to practice development by publishing, attending conferences, participating in speaking engagements, and generating ideas for new products and services, etc.
- Supervise a project team or individually be responsible for significant project work streams or initiatives. Execute plans that meet project schedule, budget and expected value.
- Develop implementation work plans and provide hands on implementation support to achieve high priority objectives.
- Create and deliver influential communications with clarity and confidence to senior-level audiences.
- Plan and oversee analysis activities to achieve strategic insight to solve complex business problems.
- Provide business development support by generating leads, managing pipeline development, or participating in close of sales.
- Develop and manage projects/initiatives for healthcare organizations targeting contracting and clinical utilization opportunities as well as innovative strategies to reduce cost through aggregated contracting and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel as mutually agreed upon by Vizient and Member throughout the year to meet Members needs and timetables.
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience required.
- Consulting experience is strongly desired.
- Pharmaceutical market knowledge and financial modeling required.
- Experience managing performance improvement projects or work streams in complex initiatives preferred.
- Demonstrate robust analytical skills (i.e., Excel, Power BI, SQL Server, PowerPoint, Electronic Medical Records).
- Experience with Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities is desired.
- Experience working with C-suite and/or Executive leaders required.
- Pharmacy Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
- 340B certification preferred.
- Relevant degree preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$88,900.00 - $132,250.00This position is also incentive eligible.
