Senior Business Systems Analyst
This role is RemoteThe Senior Business Analyst you will work closely with the AVP of Field Transformation to plan and manage the successful transition of business changes requested by the business to meet its strategic objectives.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to create a comprehensive plan for new systems or process implementation, execute the plan, and ensure a smooth cutover process with minimal disruption to the business. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying risks associated with the cutover process, conducting a thorough analysis to ensure systems or processes are ready for go-live, and developing and executing testing and change management plans.
Position is remote in U.S.
In this role you will…
- Continuously improve post-go-live support processes and provide feedback to the implementation team for ongoing system improvements.
- Develop a business case and project plan to outline the proposed changes and implementation timeline.
- Develop a requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are met.
- Gather and document detailed requirements for the proposed changes.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure that they can effectively use new systems.
- Analyze requirements and prioritize based on business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the implementation and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-go-live support.
- Conduct design reviews with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met.
- Provide ongoing support for implementation projects, including issue resolution and identification of future system enhancements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to ensure that all requirements are captured.
- Provide post-go-live support, including hypercare, spec writing, testing support, and user hand-holding.
- Work with IT counterpart to develop functional, architectural or data flow diagrams for the proposed changes.
- Conduct a gap analysis to determine current state and future state requirements.
- Develop use cases and user stories to ensure that requirements are clearly understood.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business objectives and goals.
- Create and manage a business change management plan to inform all stakeholders of the proposed changes.
- Collaborate with the IT development teams to ensure designs meet business requirements and best practices.
- Develop training programs for end-users.
- Identify and analyze risks associated with the proposed changes.
- Conduct testing to ensure that the changes are functioning as intended.
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent post high school education and/or work-related experience
- Experience with change management methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
- Consideration for privacy and security obligations.

Total Rewards:
At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.
The base salary range for this position is: $75800 - $121300 USD
In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).
This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
