Workflow Business Consultant Jobs

A Workflow Business Consultant helps design and implement innovative Print Management Information Systems (MIS) solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and PrintVis for our customers. This position requires knowledge of the print industry. The ability to define business use cases and design solutions at a technical configuration level and document functional specifications is essential. Stabilization support is expected with the ability to document and transfer knowledge as required.

This position requires a track record successful delivering MIS solutions in the print industry, as well as functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and PrintVis. Functional understanding of PRINERGY is expected. Effective communication and prioritization skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide stabilization and escalation support, performing knowledge transfer as required.
• Mentor, manage and coach customer professionals to create productive, high-performance teams.
• Work directly with stakeholders to analyze current business process requirements, understand gaps, and create functional specifications for improvements.
• Lead high performance teams which deliver (design, configure, develop, test, train, document, implement and stabilize) technical. and business process solutions on schedule and budget.
