Position:
Technology Business Consultant II (Loan Boarding/Director/Passport)
:
THIS POSITION CAN BE 100% REMOTE IN THE US OR HYBRID IN JACKSONVILLE WITH WORK HOURS OF 8-5 EDT
SUMMARY
Serves as a team contributor with expertise in Loan Boarding, Passport or Director responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to a client organization's business plan and industry requirements. Acts independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning Loan Boarding, Passport or Director. Provides technical consulting on complex projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts a variety of tests such as system, integration, disaster recovery readiness, and acceptance tests.
  • May serve as pre-sales support specialist when needed.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Provides expert level product support to Black Knight clients by resolving moderate to complex business and functional issues.
  • Recreates client issues in test environment, identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
  • May play a key role in the training of client and technical support personnel on enhancements, new systems or procedures.
  • Expertly researches and documents client issues, technology, or regulations related to system functionality.
  • May devise and/or modify processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies.
  • Maintains and fosters the relationship between the clients and Black Knight by ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining professional and timely client communication and timely resolving reported issues.
  • Mentors, guides, advises and/or checks the work of less experienced Technology Business Consultants.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Experience with Loan Boarding (LLB), Passport or Director
  • Requires 4+ years of analytical and/or technical consulting experience
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Black Knight products, services, and capabilities
  • Knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in defect tracking, customer service
  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach or work around.
  • Detail oriented, and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working in a technical client facing role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior MSP Mortgage or Home Equity Servicing experience.

Although target pay range may vary by work location, a representative pay range is $65,000 to $78,000. Eligible to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase plan. Eligible to participate in the discretionary annual performance bonus.
