Responsibilities

• Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills
• Apply the business models, monetization strategies, and market trends to solve client challenges
• Lead business development and demand generation activities
• Contribute to thought leadership, such as presentations and white papers, to strengthen industry expertise and marketing efforts
• As a Senior Manager, you will help to define EPAM’s go to market value proposition within the Retail space. This includes interfacing with senior leadership to craft industry offerings
• Lead EPAM strategic engagements in planning, selecting, and optimizing offerings that map a client’s vision & requirements to solutions
• Lead, model and support the continued evolution of differentiated transformation and program management methods, tools, and approaches
• Engage with clients to understand their strategic vision of the proposed initiative and determine gaps that need to be addressed through strategic focused workstreams
• Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals, and establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close new deals

Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Business transformation and/or cost optimization experience
• Proven ability to operate independently at client locations. We are lean and rapidly growing - we need experienced consulting leaders who can take charge while also engaging in project delivery activities
• Must be comfortable collaborating and working in an emerging practice
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus
• 8+ years of professional experience in a consulting or Retail industry setting with demonstrable depth of knowledge. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable
• Good understanding of analytics use cases in Retail
• Ability to grow and help contribute to building a practice within Retail
• Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies to transform a client’s business
• Experienced consultant in one or more of the following: store experience & innovation, digital & omnichannel commerce, personalization & loyalty, inventory & supply chain, merchandising & category management, marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, organization strategy & design, sustainability
• Practical experience capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions
