Senior Clinician Recruiter Jobs

Must have an affinity toward innovation and relationship management

Source and interview clinicians in alignment with clients' requirements (ie. culture-fit, specialties, telehealth competency, etc.)

Previous full cycle recruiting experience required

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensure OpenLoop attracts, hires, and retains top talent while growing a strong pipeline

Works directly with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver accordingly

· 10 yrs behavioral health clinician recruiting experience required

· Prior sales experience required

· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

· Experience working with Salesforce, Slack, G-suite & Zoom

· Work with our Talent Acquisition team to conduct and coordinate interviews via zoom

· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
