Senior Consulting Operations Analyst

• 3 years of experience in an operations role with a professional services firm, software, or technology-based company.
• 3 years of experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems.
• 3 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• 3 years of experience with executive level reporting, KPIs and data analytics.

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong people management, customer/user service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Experience handling confidential information and discretion with sensitive materials.
• Experience in project management.

About The Job
As a Senior Consulting Operations Analyst, you will contribute and support an operations team that maintains operational excellence and provides key metrics for Mandiant’s consulting practice.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Assist with governance related activities that help the consulting organization become more efficient and profitable.
• Support inquiries into project related activities, access and usage of Mandiant’s systems utilized by the consultants.
• Assist in the creation of reports for sales, chargeability, utilization, key performance statistics, and other related reporting deliverables for consulting meetings, corporate-wide presentations and requests from other groups that support the Consulting organization.
• Assist with the activities necessary to ensure that system activation/deactivation, accurate tracking and reporting will occur for new hires and employee terminations.
• Identify process or system improvements, work with management and other teams to implement recommended changes.
