Recruiter for RNs LPNs EMTs
Remote - Based In Pacific Standard Time Zone Preferred
This Is What You’ll Do:
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites
  • Communicate with Regional Directors/ Divisional Director’s on areas of improvement for medical professional hiring process as needed.
  • Leads assigned projects related to recruiting initiatives and completes other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure fairness, efficiency, consistency, legal compliance and cost effectiveness in hiring decisions and compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Responsible for all administrative functions of recruitment including, but not limited to, creating requisitions and managing job postings, creating and maintaining various reports, etc.
  • Support Center Mangers with developing and maintaining relationships with local nursing programs
  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting, evaluating candidates, and advising center managers of recruitment strategies related to Medical Professional (EMT, RN, LPN) recruitment efforts. May support other roles as needed.
  • Work with center management teams with pre-hire and on boarding of Medical Professional candidates.
  • Assist the Recruiting Manager in the development and communication of recruiting policies and procedures
  • Provide direct sourcing efforts for Med Professional recruiting, within our centers, who have critical needs.
  • Identify, develop and maintain contact information for nurse diversion program in states where applicable to increase pipeline of applicants for centers in those states.
  • Assist centers with creating and managing job postings to help attract the best possible Medical Professional candidates.

This Is What It Takes
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated experience in healthcare or retail environment, sourcing and research
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, follow-up and follow through
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to use MS Office well
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent track record of identifying healthcare professionals who have experience working within a diverse customer facing environment
  • Exhibits excellent judgment and has relentlessly high standards
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Confidence and professionalism in dealing with employees and ma
  • Self- motivated, time efficient and proactive with the ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and tracking recruitment metrics
  • Strong work ethic – ability to meet deadlines in a demanding, detail-oriented environment.
