The Partnership Success Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Partnerships and is responsible for identifying and contracting with new business partner opportunities for the Citeline Connect platform. Success in this position requires the ability to understand the current clinical trial recruiting challenges.


Job Requirements will entail effectively preparing and presenting software demos, navigate the organization of various patient population organizations to gain access to C-Level decision makers, communicate the value and benefits of the Citeline Connect solutions, handle contract negotiations, and contract with new partners.


Key Duties:


  • Manage the identification and onboarding process for a diverse group of assigned new partner opportunities.
  • And other duties as assigned.
  • Develop attack plans for assigned partners.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and professional proposals to prospective partners.
  • Attend trade shows and industry conventions.
  • Close/negotiate contracts
  • Provide market feedback and accurate forecasting to the management team to optimize strategy and positioning of offerings.
  • Participate in Business Development Activities. Build awareness about Citeline’s products and services within a group of assigned partners. Awareness building is achieved through phone contacts, mailings, meetings, marketing and software presentations.
  • Provide regular reports on partner activities, results and forecast to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate web-based product demonstrations
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets and forecasts.


Requirements


  • Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality, presents numerical data effectively, and is able to read and interpret written information.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to partner issues.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of software products and remain current on product knowledge.
  • Ability to facilitate product demonstrations in an effective, professional presentation manner.
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS products in the life sciences space.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgment. Represents Citeline with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Well-organized, self-directed team player. Remains open to others’ ideas, and exhibits willingness to try new things.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
