Sam's Club is member obsessed and we are focused on delivering a frictionless omni experience for our members across our clubs and digital.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, eCommerce Membership & MAP, this role will be responsible for supporting the business to analyze and understand digital performance and member behavior on digital. This role will be critical to the success of digital Marketing and Membership and will play a key role in the future strategy for digital engagement.

• Leading and providing insight on analytics tools and solutions by identifying approach and determining which to use based on the business needs
• Define and communicate overall project success measures; analyzing and influencing actions based on the significance and impact of insights
• Identify needed reporting elements and related business key performance indicators to determine the best method for analysis
• Analyze and interpret digital and ecommerce data to support mid-to-large scale projects by identifying analysis and reporting requirements based on business needs
• Manage cross-functional projects by contributing expertise and support across multiple functional areas; collaborating with project team and third parties to build customized and adaptive solutions to areas.
• Interpret data and results for business partners; collaborating with business partners to integrate results into actionable business changes
• Develop reports and visualization of information to effectively communicate results with leadership and key stakeholders

• Excellent organizational skills, and ability to lead multiple projects/ responsibilities.

• Demonstrated record of creative and structured approach to problem solving
• Experience in comprehensive digital and ecommerce analysis for a global corporation
• Must thrive in managing and effectively influencing/partnering across large matrixed teams with demonstrated experience in project management.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• 5+ years retail or CPG industry analytics experience, particularly in ecommerce, media, merchandising, marketing, and/or consumer experience
