Business Intelligence Analyst
Our client is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to work within the Architecture & Design group’s Strategic Planning Team. This role will turn data into knowledge and deliver insights to a wide range of stakeholders across the organization by providing direct, and simplified, real-time access to business data for decision-makers across the group. By informing decision-making among executives, managers and others throughout the organization, the Business Intelligence Analyst will help us maximize our business. To do this will require bringing together enterprise-wide data from multiple data sources, creating visualizations, and drill-to for deep dive analysis.
This fully is onsite at their Westminster, CO office
Responsibilities Include:
Manage and extend Architecture & Design’s sales reporting ecosystem using our BI platform (Domo), making sure all important processes are running and up-to-date.
Maintain existing transformations (ETLs) and participate in the development of new transformation workflows in the BI tool (Domo).
Map business requirements from across the organization to source data structures and develop visualizations and models from data located within multiple data stores utilizing data solutions such as Domo, SalesForce, and Oracle.
Design, build, and maintain dashboard visualizations using BI applications. Must be able to convert and process real-time data into visualizations for decision-makers to take action - must turn data into information.
Partner with IT and cross-functional team members to identify and deliver cross-functional insights e.g. correlation of sales with usage data, or sales and market data.
Ensure all reports are accurate prior to distribution; identify and report data issues
Identify improvements to existing business intelligence, reporting and data analysis.
Skills:
Strong skills in Domo, SalesForce, and Oracle databases, including good SQL & ETL skills.
Experience with SaaS and subscription analytics, preferably in an agile environment. Should be very familiar with the mathematics of the usual SaaS metrics incl. Months to recover CAC, LTV, the 6 types of churn, conversion rates etc.
A proven eye for detail and consistency when producing visually compelling reports and dashboards.
Experience with Aria billing and subscription platform.
Experience working with engineering teams.
Statistical analysis expertise.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and to manage time effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adapts to change in the work environment, manages competing demands.
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in interactions with co-workers, customers, vendors, and others; handles confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and sound judgment.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3-5+ years of Business Analytics in a fast-paced tech environment, Finance, or other Operational capacities with progressing responsibilities.
Compensation: $40.00-$45.00/hr (DOE)
