BS in a quantitative field or equivalent experience. MS or MBA preferred.

3+ years of experience with using business analysis tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Excel

2+ years of experience with programming in Python on large datasets while using libraries like pandas, sklearn

Conduct data analysis on large amounts of disparate data to derive business insights into product, customer, and market behavior

Understand business problems, translate them into quantitative models, and choose the best applicable statistical and analytical tools to drive a solution

Identify concrete insights, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating results to multi-functional groups

Strong problem-solving, presentation, time management, and prioritization skills.

Qualtrics or Medallia experience preferred.

Experience working with POS and/or Syndicated Data preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in advanced Microsoft applications. SQL/SAS experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines on multiple concurrent projects.

Implements automation improvements for VOC programs for efficiency gains as part of continuous improvement efforts in our feedback channels.
