Your Role
As a Sales Territory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth journey. Here's what you'll be doing:
Building Relationships: Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships while expanding our business to potential customers in your territory.
Sales Champion: Utilize your sales skills to cold-call and visit prospective customers, identify their machining needs, and bring sales opportunities to a successful close.
Consultative Approach: Take a consultative sales approach to help customers improve their machining processes, offering valuable advice and solutions.
Market Expansion: Increase our market coverage and market share, making a significant impact on our growth.
Objectives: Meet sales revenue and machine unit targets, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with our engineering team.
CRM Management: Keep track of your activities and progress stages in our CRM system, ensuring efficient communication and follow-ups.
Lead Generation: Work alongside our Sales & Marketing team to generate leads and cultivate new customer relationships.
Represent: Be our brand ambassador at industry trade shows and events, showcasing our company's values and offerings.
Qualities We're Looking For

Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn about new product lines and sales techniques.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum three (3) years of previous outside sales experience, with a successful closing record (experience related to machining or manufacturing industry preferred).
Prior machine tool sales experience is a plus but not required.
Physical ability to travel, visit customers, and attend events (up to 10% of the time).
Reliable transportation and driver's license.
