The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our social media strategy, working hand-in-hand with our creative partners and cross-functional teams to create a compelling online narrative for Lumos. You'll oversee our social accounts, curate engaging content, and take charge of all aspects of social media management, from content creation to performance analysis.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring the Lumos story to life through captivating social media campaigns.
Work closely with agency partners to develop an innovative social strategy, expanding our presence across various social media channels.
Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content calendars, distribution strategies, and continuous performance optimization.
Elevate brand engagement by implementing organic and paid social media efforts, supporting market development, community events, and executive thought leadership.
Utilize social media to improve our brand's reputation, actively managing communications issues in collaboration with our PR firm.
Identify and engage with our consumer audience, cultivating brand advocates who champion our mission.
What You'll Bring
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations.
4-6 years of experience in directly managing social media for brands/organizations, with a proven track record of creative problem-solving and tangible results.
Familiarity with social media management platforms, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
