Are you passionate about contributing to the management and integrity of Pharmacy Network services? We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated professional to join our team as we ensure that our network of pharmacies meets and exceeds regulatory standards. we are committed to excellence in healthcare services, and your role will be instrumental in maintaining this commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Supervisor of Pharmacy Network Management to evaluate, report, and monitor the performance of our Pharmacy Network services.
Ensure that our network of pharmacies and their staff members strictly adhere to both federal and state guidelines.
Take charge of tracking and monitoring pharmacy contracts and credentials to ensure they meet all required standards and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate contract information and notices for all pharmacies within our network.
Coordinate and assess the ongoing maintenance of our pharmacy network.
Play a crucial role in contracting new pharmacies and nurturing relationships with existing ones.
Continuously monitor pharmacy credentials to guarantee contract compliance.
Manage updates to pharmacy contract rates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Safeguard the integrity of our data across various databases.
Establish and maintain open lines of communication with pharmacies regarding contracts and address any issues that may arise.
Validate our claims processing system to ensure it reflects contracted rates accurately.
Keep pharmacy network data up-to-date, reflecting the latest information and changes.
Prepare comprehensive pharmacy network reports, complete with relevant metrics.
Take necessary action to suspend or remove non-compliant pharmacies from our network.
Monitor the structure of our client networks, making adjustments as needed.
Promptly respond to pharmacy complaints and inquiries, resolving them effectively and professionally.
Foster a culture of effective communication within the team.
Stay current with industry policies and procedures, keeping our team informed and compliant.
Encourage teamwork and cooperation to ensure a positive working environment.
Required Qualifications
Possess 3-5 years of valuable experience in pharmacy network management.
Familiarity with URAC, CMS, and state-specific network requirements.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
A background in healthcare is preferred, showcasing your understanding of the industry.
Previous customer service experience in managed care will be a valuable asset.
A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
Current Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) Certification is mandatory.
Please note that this position is remote; candidates must be located in Pennsylvania but will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of their own homes.
Salary: $ 20.00 26.00 Per Hour
